YAY, you're in!

To Make Sure You Receive Your Course Access:

1. Check your inbox ( and spam/junk).

Your login email is on its way.  if you do not see it within a few minutes, peek into your spam, promotions, and junk folders.

2. Use the same email for all of your Kajabi Platform purchases.

This keeps every course you purchase in one place inside your Kajabi Library.

3. Add my email and Kajabi to your safe-sender or list.

Marking these emails as safe or not junk will ensure that you get all updates, reminders, and course content.

4. Save your login link.

Bookmark the login page for quick access anytime you want to return to the course.  You might also want to add he course to your home screen for easy access.

5. If your email auto-fills different addresses, double -check.

Sometimes browsers default to old or unused emails.  Make sure the one you are entereing matches the one you want all of your courses under.

6. Give it a moment.

Occasionally email providers can delay automated emails.   Usually, waiting 5-10 minutes will be enough time to receive the login email.

7.  If needed, request your login again.

Use the "forgot password" option anytime - it's the fastest way to reset and get right back in.

8. Try downloading the Kajabi app.

Login using the email you used to make your purchase.  Your library will pop up with your course(s).
