Purposefully Creating Relaxation Time

You were not designed to carry around the mountains you climb. You were actually designed to rest before climbing the next mountain.

When you get really good at being in a relaxation state, the body sends signals to the mind to follow suit. It is a relaxation loop that helps to prepare you to take on anything that comes your way.

This week, learn how to train your stress response system to complete and how to spend more time in your relaxation response. These are not the typical methods you hear about. You might even find them fun and easy to do. Give them try.
